Partner programme rules
These rules describe the current participation models and how remuneration is determined. Accruals and the amount available for payout are shown in your dashboard. The agreement for your selected model is available there.
Equipment owners
The base share is 75% of the equipment rental price before applicable adjustments and deductions. This is not a guaranteed payout share: the final amount depends on your account terms, accrual calculation and adjustments shown in the dashboard. Earnings depend on actual rentals; fixed income is not guaranteed.
RevShare referrals
Commission is 16% of eligible payments by a referred client throughout their participation. Accruals become available for payout according to the paid rental period. Payments must meet programme conditions; forecasts and free trials do not count.
CPA referrals
Commission is 30% of a new referred client’s first non-zero payment only, capped at 10 000 RUB per client. The hold is 1 calendar month. Later payments by that client earn no CPA commission. A refund of the first payment reverses the corresponding commission. The model is selected once and applies to new referrals; existing clients retain their assigned model.
Payouts
The minimum available payout is 1 000 RUB for equipment owners and 5 000 RUB for referral partners. Reaching the threshold alone does not guarantee payment: available funds, holds, payout details, account status and required recipient checks are reviewed. Changing payout details triggers a 7-day waiting period. Some methods have additional minimums and fees; available terms and the amount to receive are shown in the dashboard.
Participation and enquiries
Comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Check your agreement, accrual details and available payout methods in the dashboard. Contact the operator about any discrepancy or question.

What is prohibited
Fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, unauthorised access and unlawful collection of personal data are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy contains the full list.
How to stop participating
